INVESTING THROUGH BONDS IN THE "SĄVARŽĖLĖ" BUSINESS CENTRE

The new business centre “SĄVARŽĖLĖ” 
is being constructed on Konstitucijos avenue, the main artery of Vilnius central business district (CBD).

On 23 June 2026 the Bank of Lithuania approved the first supplement to the UAB “Kvartalas” base prospectus approved by the Bank of Lithuania on 19 November 2025. The aggregate amount of the bond issue (ISIN LT0000411167) was increased to EUR 60,000,000.

UAB “KVARTALAS“ BONDS

Issuer
The bonds are issued by UAB “Kvartalas“,
 a company registered in Lithuania
Issue size
This secured bond issue reaches up to 60 million euros
Interest rate
Investors will earn a fixed annual interest of 8%
 on the nominal value of each bond, with interest payments made semi-annually
Maturity date
The bonds will mature on 19 December 2026 - 2 years from the issue date of the first tranche
Nominal value
Each bond has a nominal value of 100 euros
Collateral
Bond issue is secured with a real estate collateral (land plot and building)
Listed on the stock exchange
Bonds are listed on the Nasdaq Vilnius Bond List

How can investors subscribe for
the bonds?

You will need a securities account. If you don’t have one, you can open it at any Baltic financial institution that provides investment services

You can subscribe for the Bonds by submitting subscription orders to any Baltic financial institution where you hold a securities account.

 

This can be done through an internet bank or any other method accepted by your financial institution

Subscription orders were accepted from 30 June 2026 to 3 July 2026, and the Subscription Period was shortened because the Issuer determined that sufficient investor demand has been reached. The Issuer has publicly announced the early closure of the Subscription Period, and no further Subscription Orders were accepted.
