At the initiative of UAB “Kvartalas”, legal entity code 305475438, with its registered office at Jogailos str. 4, Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania (the Company), and pursuant to the decision of the Trustee, a remote meeting of bondholders of the Company’s bond issue (ISIN code LT0000411167) (the Bonds), is hereby convened on 6 May 2026.

The bonds are issued by UAB “Kvartalas“,
 a company registered in Lithuania
Issue size
This secured bond issue will reach up to 50 million euros
Interest rate
Investors will earn a fixed annual interest of 8%
 on the nominal value of each bond, with interest payments made semi-annually
Maturity date
The bonds will mature on 19 December 2026 - 2 years from the issue date of the first tranche
Nominal value
Each bond has a nominal value of 100 euros
Collateral
Bond issue is secured with a real estate collateral (land plot and building)
Listed on the stock exchange
Bonds will be listed on the Nasdaq Vilnius
 Bond List
