NEW BUSINESS
CENTRE IN THE
HEART OF VILNIUS
Standing proud in the very heart of the Lithuanian capital, SĄVARŽĖLĖ will be easy to reach from anywhere in Vilnius by both public and private transport. Given its central location, many of the city’s major banks, shopping centres, business hubs, and hotels are within arm’s reach.
At SĄVARŽĖLĖ, you’ll always be in the middle of the action – a major advantage for any forward-thinking business. And then there’s the stunning view of the city’s skyline – it’s sure to impress colleagues and clients alike.
In the new business centre, scheduled to open next year, businesses of various sizes will be able to enjoy an exceptional work environment. Will your team be one of them?
SĄVARŽĖLĖ was designed for easy commutes and next-level comfort, with restaurants and other services on the ground floor. A spacious underground parking lot will have 343 individual spaces for vehicles, 80 bike racks, and charging stations for e-bikes and scooters. Plus, the nearby Neris riverfront and surrounding public spaces are ideal for walking meetings or a break outside.
The centre’s premises can be easily adapted to businesses of different sizes. It can easily accommodate small and large companies looking for a suitable place to set up their HQ.
Whatever your needs – don’t hesitate to contact us, and we’ll find the best solution for you in no time.
When designing the centre, we put a premium on sustainability. This is beneficial not only to the environment, but also to the health and well-being of our tenants.
To obtain the highest BREEAM rating (Outstanding) and the A++ energy class, we’ve used a wide range of smart technologies and solutions. These include rooftop solar panels, double-glazed façades with external shades, and a water-circulation-based cooling system, among others. The cooling system is compliant with EU regulations aiming to pare down the use of freon gas in buildings by 2027, and more.
